The duties of the position include but are not limited to:
• Handling cash transactions
• Balancing a cash drawer
• Servicing members with financial inquiries
• Working with internal departments to assist our members

The ideal candidate will have an interest in cross training with other departments and learning to proficiently function in each department. This individual should be pleasant, have strong communication skills and organizational skills. Must be a cooperative and supportive team member while serving our members. Electronic Services Specialist
Walled Lake Schools Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Electronic Services Specialist. We are a small unique credit union that has a lot to offer to the right employee. Description & Duties
The qualified candidate for this position will perform all required functions for day-to-day electronic services operations including ATM Machine, Debit/ATM cards, Online Banking, Bill Payment, Mobile Banking, Remote Deposit, Telephone Banking, Wire Transfers, & other member requests. Responsible for all Debit Card operations including research and resolution of disputes, chargebacks and fraud.

The ideal applicant will have the following qualifications:
• Ability to work with our members promptly and professionally.
• Able to provide support and training, including but not limited to, set-up of our services, troubleshooting and resolution of complaints.
This is a high contact position and the candidate must be able to deal effectively with members in person, by telephone, in writing, and via email.
This candidate must be an excellent listener and communicator, have a positive attitude and a pleasant and professional demeanor.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, organized, detail oriented and has the ability to multitask.
Assumes additional responsibilities as required and assists as back up to other departments as needed.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Computer proficiency a must, along with a high aptitude for organization and attention to detail.
Banking experience in operations or related areas preferred.
Demonstrates professionalism and the ability to provide excellent member service.
