System Conversion : Coming Soon

We are in the home stretch of our core system conversion! This will be a significant enhancement to our system, and will allow us to provide better service to our members. The transition will require us to close during the conversion timeframe, as well as restrict access to some of our services. As we prepare to finalize the conversion next week, please note the following restrictions will be in place as we complete the conversion. Please take any measures needed ahead of time to avoid this disruption. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Office Closed
- The conversion is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, and we will be closed all day.
- We anticipate a delayed opening on Thursday, October 2, 2025, and will open once the conversion is complete.

Online Banking
- Online Banking will be unavailable at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
- Online Banking is expected to be back up at 7:00 AM on Thursday, October 2, 2025. Online Banking will not change.
- You will not have to re-enroll or establish new credentials. Once the conversion is complete, everything will look and feel the same for our members.

Zelle
- Zelle will be unavailable at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
- Zelle is expected to be back up at 7:00 AM on Thursday, October 2, 2025.

Tellerphone
- The Tellerphone will be unavailable at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
- The Tellerphone is expected to be back up at 7:00 AM on Thursday, October 2, 2025.
- The Tellerphone number will remain the same and can be reached at 866-728-9676.

Shared Branching
- Shared Branching will be unavailable at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
- Shared Branching is expected to be back up at 7:00 AM on Thursday, October 2, 2025.

ATM and Debit Cards
- Reduced ATM limits and Debit Card Point of Sale limits will begin at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
- Standard ATM limits and Debit Card Point of Sale limits are expected to be back up at 7:00 AM on Thursday, October 2, 2025.
