We have been notified by members that someone has spoofed our automated TellerPhone line, and these scammers are calling around trying to obtain sensitive account information. These scammers are trying to convince people there has been fraud on their account, and they are trying to get people to turn over account information to fix the issue. DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY ACCOUNT INFORMATION if you receive one of these calls.
Our automated TellerPhone line does not contact members. If you receive a call from 866-728-9676 please be advised that it is a scam. We are doing everything we can about this issue, and are informing members so if you receive one of these calls you do not give out account information to these scammers.
